2026 EANGUS Area IV Mid-Winter Conference

We are pleased to welcome enlisted leaders from across Area IV to the 2026 Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) Area IV Mid-Winter Conference. This annual gathering provides an opportunity to collaborate, conduct official business, share best practices, and strengthen professional relationships in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Camp J.T. Robinson offers a unique military environment with convenient on-post facilities, historic venues, and easy access to off-post lodging for those who prefer it.
Kick off the conference with an evening ice breaker at the Camp Robinson Post Museum. Enjoy light hors d’oeuvres while reconnecting with colleagues and meeting fellow enlisted leaders.
Official Area IV business meetings will be held Saturday at the MWR Complex, providing a professional and comfortable space for productive discussions and planning.
Saturday evening will conclude with a relaxed BBQ-style buffet dinner, offering time to unwind and continue conversations in a casual atmosphere.
On-Post Lodging at Camp J.T. Robinson
Camp J.T. Robinson offers limited on-post housing for conference attendees. Lodging is considered unaccompanied housing; however, spouses, significant others, or dependent family members may share a room when a private bathroom is available.
All lodging is subject to availability and assignment precedence. Requested accommodations may be downgraded based on inventory and priority requirements.
Standard Room Amenities
All on-post lodging rooms include, at a minimum:
• Central heat and air conditioning
• Television
• Clothing storage
• Desk and chair
Tier 1 – Single Room (Twin Bed)
• Private single room
• Twin bed
• Shared, gender-segregated latrine and shower facilities
• Inventory: 97 rooms
• Rate: $20 per night
Tier 2 – Private Room (Queen Bed)
• Private room with queen bed
• Private bathroom with shower
• Inventory: 52 rooms
• Rate: $26 per night
These rooms are generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand from couples exceeds availability, a single registrant may be reassigned to Tier 1 accommodations.
Limited Priority Lodging (By Request & Precedence)
The following lodging options are extremely limited and assigned by request
according to the order of precedence below:

2. Area Chairs
3. State Presidents
4. First-Come, First-Served (as available)
Tier 3 – Lakeside Cabin
• Queen bed
• Private bathroom
• Inventory: 2 cabins
• Rate: $45 per night
Tier 4 – VIP Rooms (Robinson Annex)
• Queen bed
• Private bathroom
• Access to shared living room and full kitchen
• Inventory: 4 rooms
• Rate: $45 per night
Tier 5 – DV Rooms
• Extra-large rooms (typically reserved for General Officers)
• Queen bed
• Private bathroom located off shared living space
• Access to shared living room and full kitchen
• Inventory: 2 rooms
• Rate: $45 per night
Additional Fees (Applies to All Rooms)
• $2.25 per night non-duty use surcharge
• $2.00 per night additional fee when a guest is present
Lodging preferences are selected during registration. Final lodging assignments are confirmed based on availability and precedence.
