Registration & Payment
Exhibitor registration is considered received when the form is submitted. Booth placement is not finalized until payment is received (Pay Now) or an invoice request is approved.
If you select Pay Now (Card/ACH), secure checkout fields will appear and payment will be processed at submission. If you select Invoice, Stripe checkout will not appear and EAANG will email payment instructions.
EAANG may adjust booth placement as needed for venue requirements, safety, or overall event logistics.
Ticket Policy
Included tickets are based on the selected booth tier and/or Partner in Patriotism (PiP) level.
For PiP partners, ticket entitlements are not additive. EAANG applies the greater-of (booth tier tickets vs PiP level tickets). Additional tickets may be purchased at the posted rate.
Booth-tier tickets apply to both the Partner Appreciation and Awards Banquet events. Where PiP tickets apply, EAANG will honor the higher applicable entitlement per the greater-of policy.
Cancellation / Substitution
If you need to substitute attendees or update your point of contact, please notify EAANG in writing as soon as possible.
Refunds or credits (if any) are subject to EAANG policy and vendor/venue commitments. If the event is postponed, registrations may be transferred to the rescheduled date.
